Do You Offer Local Pickup & Delivery Options
If you are located within the Northwest Arkansas area and would prefer to avoid shipping costs, local pickup or delivery options may be available.
Because each artwork is individually created and may vary by print size, medium, and finish, local orders are handled personally rather than processed through the standard online checkout. To place a local order, please contact me with the details of the artwork you would like to purchase, including:
Artwork title/name
Print size
Preferred medium (metal print, canvas, giclée fine art paper, or other available options)
Any additional customization requests
I will provide a final quote including applicable taxes and arrange a convenient pickup or delivery option once your order details are confirmed.
I am based in Rogers, Arkansas, and my local service area includes the main Northwest Arkansas corridor surrounding the Rogers and Bentonville area. Customers outside this area are welcome to arrange pickup if they are willing to travel to a designated pickup location within this area.
Please contact me before placing your order online so we can ensure the correct artwork specifications and pickup arrangements are made.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination, including tracking and insurance.
Each artwork is carefully created with intention from the moment your order is placed. Most pieces are printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, then individually inspected for quality, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity before being carefully packaged for shipment.
Because each piece receives this level of attention, the creation and preparation process typically takes 2–3 weeks. Once your artwork is ready, it is securely packaged to protect your investment during transit and shipped with tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
Shipping times generally range from 7–14 business days after the artwork is prepared, though timelines may vary depending on production and inspection. Occasionally, select pieces may already be available in inventory and can ship sooner.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies or more information.
-
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to specialized shipping requirements and the increased risk of damage during transit, artwork larger than 30" on the shortest side or exceeding 40" in length may require custom crating. If crating is necessary, any additional costs will be discussed before your order ships.
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping.
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
-
Do You Offer Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations?
I do not allow returns or exchanges on prints or originals unless damaged during shipping; all sales are FINAL.
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
-
Do you ship Internationally or APO/FPO?
At this time, online orders can only be processed for shipping within the Domestic United States.
For orders outside the Domestic U.S., please contact me directly so I can assist with arranging your order, shipping options, and any applicable costs.
APO/FPO orders are welcome and will be shipped via USPS at the full shipping cost.
Requests for shipping outside the continental United States, alternative shipping methods, or expedited delivery will be charged at the full shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by their destination country.
Shipping quotes are available for large orders or international destinations. Please contact us with the artwork details, desired order quantity, and shipping address, and we will provide available options and pricing.

Can I reproduce, copy, or create artwork based on your photography?
All artwork created by Amber L Edwards is protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or viewing an image does not transfer copyright ownership or grant reproduction rights.
Reproducing, copying, tracing, painting, recreating, modifying, distributing, selling, or creating derivative works based on my photography is not permitted without prior written permission. This includes personal reproductions, artwork created for sale, commercial use, or any other form of reproduction.
My photographs are original works of art, and copyright protection allows me to preserve the integrity, ownership, and creative vision behind each piece.
If you are interested in licensing an image, collaborating on a creative project, or discussing permitted uses, please contact me directly.
-
Can I share your artwork online or post photos of my purchase?
Absolutely — I love seeing my artwork become part of your home and your story.
Customers are welcome to share personal photos of their purchased artwork, including images of the print in your hands, displayed in your home, or incorporated into your space. If you share your artwork online, I would greatly appreciate being tagged so I can celebrate seeing my work in your home and others can discover where the artwork came from.
If you would like to share my artwork online, the best way is to share my original social media posts so the artwork remains connected to the artist and original source.
Please note that sharing my work is different from reproducing or uploading my original images. Original digital files, photographs from my website, and artwork images may not be copied, downloaded, altered, or posted independently without written permission.
-
Do you offer licensing or commercial use of your artwork?
Yes. Licensing and commercial use of my artwork may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the intended use, scope of the project, audience, duration, and other usage details.
Because every licensing request is unique, pricing and license terms are individually determined based on the specific needs of each project. Factors such as where the artwork will be used, how it will be displayed or reproduced, the length of use, and the intended purpose all help determine the appropriate licensing agreement.
If you are interested in licensing an image, using artwork for a commercial project, or discussing a collaboration, please contact me with details about your project. I would be happy to discuss available options and create a licensing arrangement that fits your needs.
